Estate Family Services (EFS)

There are numerous tasks involved in settling an estate. The majority of people have never been an Executor and don’t know where to start.

This is why we provide our families with Estate Family Services (EFS). EFS is a comprehensive set of tools and information, designed to assist an Executor with organization and settling of an Estate in a timely manner.

In the immediate term we notify key organizations that a person is deceased. This helps to protect against Identity Fraud.

In the short term we complete all pertinent documentation and provide various forms and letters to assist with filing for government benefits and notifying credit card, life insurance, and pension companies.

To assist in the mid- to long- term we provide you with an Estate Family Service Checklist. This includes information and worksheets as well as personalized forms and letters.
